Inspiration Building Pty Ltd was established in 2001 by Andrew McIntosh. Andrew is a Qualified Carpenter and Registered Builder. Having worked in high end commercial carpentry for many years managing large commercial projects Andrew has turned his skills and experience to focus on the domestic renovations and extensions. Andrew’s passion for renewing life into beautiful period homes by providing a modern architectural extension and renovation, creating custom homes designed for better lifestyle. Now after nearly 20 years in the business Inspiration Building is a specialist renovation and extension builder.

WHAT WE DO

We specialise in renovations and extensions – we have also built new custom homes from ground up but we love to work on homes that need renovating – the transformation is exciting.

We can assist with building advice from concept to completion. We can partner with draftspersons and architects and assist you with preliminary design ideas, conceptual sketches, quotes, and building advice through to advice regarding materials, building structure, cost savings options, interior design and fit out.

COMMUNICATION

As with any major project the key to a successful building project is communication and planning. We have project managers on site daily and across the details of your project enabling the manager to oversee all projects, no matter how big or small, keeping clients informed every step of the way with regular, honest and clear lines of communication.
